Welcome to Unit 2: Manage Your Time and Stress!

Do the laundry, eat healthy, have some fun, exercise, save the planet, water the plants—can you really do it all? Life can feel like a juggling act, but don’t worry! This week, you’ll discover tools to help you manage your time and stress so you can stay on top of everything, including your studies.

 

Here’s what to expect this week, along with a breakdown to help you manage your workload:

Week Two Schedule

Day Tasks
Wednesday ● Review the Announcements for this course
● Attend Seminar (may be on a different day depending on your course schedule)
● Familiarize yourself with Unit 2 of this course
● Start your initial post to Time and Stress Management in the Discussion Board
Thursday ● Complete the Reading Material
● Complete the Challenge Activity (found in the Reading Material)
● Make flashcards for the 7 words in 7 days challenge (found in the Reading Material)
Friday ● Complete Time and Stress Management in the Discussion Board
● Continue to practice with your flashcards from Thursday
Saturday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board
● Ensure you post your initial response in the Discussion Board by 11:59pm EST
● Complete the Calendar Assignment
● Continue to practice with your flashcards from Thursday
Sunday ● Plan for a rest day sometime this week to ensure you do not get burned out!
Monday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board
● Continue to practice with your flashcards from Thursday
● Complete the 10-question Quiz
Tuesday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board

Please remember to receive full credit for your discussion post this week, you must post on three different calendar days.
