Unit 4: Reading and Note-Taking

Welcome to Unit 4! This week, we’ll focus on consolidating your learning and preparing for upcoming assessments. You’ll engage in a variety of activities, including readings, challenge activities, and review sessions to ensure you’re ready for Unit 5. We’ll also be looking ahead to build a strong foundation for the exam. Let’s dive in and make the most of this week!

Wednesday ● Review the Announcements for this course
● Attend Seminar (may be on a different day depending on your course schedule)
● Familiarize yourself with Unit 4 of this course
● Ensure your notes for this course are organized
Thursday ● Complete the Reading Material
● Complete the Challenge Activity (found in the Reading Material)
● Make flashcards for the 7 words in 7 days challenge (found in the Reading Material)
Friday ● Start your initial post in the Discussion Board
● Continue to practice with your flashcards from Thursday
Saturday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board
● Ensure you post your initial response in the Discussion Board by 11:59pm EST
● Continue to practice with your flashcards from Thursday
Sunday ● Plan for a rest day sometime this week to ensure you do not get burned out!
Monday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board
● Complete the 10-question Quiz
● Start studying for the Unit 5 exam by looking at the Looking Ahead section
Tuesday ● Post one response to a fellow student in the Discussion Board
● Start studying for the Unit 5 exam by looking at the Looking Ahead section
