Thousands of students from diverse backgrounds have found that starting their Purdue University Global education with this course has been life-changing. This course is designed to set you on a path to understand different IT careers and prepare you for the following exams:
This module, created by Professor Nick, is designed to support your studies as an optional but highly recommended resource. While there are no graded assignments, this space will serve as a repository for important materials, including new documents, slides, and other helpful content. Be sure to check back each week for updates and additional resources to enhance your learning experience.
Before diving in, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Unit 1 content listed in the Table of Contents. This will ensure you know what’s expected and what you need to complete each week.
Each week, I’ll put in a suggested pacing guide to help you progress adequately throughout the course, while giving grace to the other commitments you have at Purdue Global and in your daily lives. You do not have to use the pacing guide; however, it is strongly recommended that you do so. Should you need to work ahead because of life circumstances, please email me directly at nicholas.mahoney@purdueglobal.edu.
